CAMILAN SEHAT KALA DIET
Shake Pisang
Bahan:
· 4 buah pisang yang sudah masak, diiris-iris
· 5 gelas air
· ½ mangkok bubuk susu skim, untuk orang lanjut lansia atau ½ mankok bubuk susu utuh untuk anak-anak
Cara membuat:
Blenderlah pisang dengan air. Tambahkan susu dan es yang sudah dihancurkan. Blenderlah campuran itu untuk terakhir kalinya. Untuk 6-8 porsi.
Bubur Coklat Dingin
Bahan:
· ¼ mangkok beras
· 5 mangkok air
· ½ kaleng susu kental coklat
· ½ mangkok gula merah
· ½ mangkok kacang tanah, dipanggang dan digiling halus
· ¼ mangkok bubuk coklat
Cara membuat:
Masaklah beras dengan 4 mangkok air. Larutkan bubuk coklat dalam 1 mangkok air. Tambahkan larutan coklay, gula merah dan kacang tanah yang sudah digiling halus ke beras yang sedang dimasak. Masaklah selama 5 menit sambil terus dikocok sampai menjadi bubur kental. Tambahakan susu kaleng kental sebelum disajikan. Untuk 6-8 porsi.
Sup Kental Apel
Bahan:
- ½ apel dikupas dan dipotong-potong persegi
- ½ mangkok jus nanas yang tidak dimaniskan
Cara membuat:
Campurkanlah apel ke dalam jus nanas dan dinginkan. Untuk 1 porsi.
Oatmeal Susu Dingin
Bahan:
- 4 sendok makan oatmeal
- 5 mangkuk air
- 1 mangkok batu es
- 1 mangkok susu creamer
Cara membuat:
Rebus air. Kocok oatmeal dan masukkan ke dalammnya. Rebus kembali. Kurangi panas api. Masak selama 10 menit sambil diaduk. Angkat dari api dan blender jika perlu. Biarkan dingin dan tambahkan es batu. Sajikan dingin dengan susu atau creamer.
Steak Tahu Bebas Lemak
Bahan:
- ¾ kg tahu dipotong-potong
- ¼ mangkok jus kalamansi
- 1 siung bawang putih dilumatkan
- 1 lembar daun salam
- 2 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1 sendok makan krim bubuk jamur
- Garam secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Campurlah semua bahan. Rebus selama 5 menit dengan api kecil. Tiriskan campuran. Goreng tahu sampai berwarna coklat. Tiriskan. Taruh kembali tahu goreng di wajan lalu tuangkan semua campuran. Masak selama 4 menit dengan api sedang. Untuk 6 porsi.
Susu Kedelai
Bahan:
- 2 mangkok kacang kedelai segar
- Air secukupnya
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Rendamlah kacang kedelai dalam air paling sedikit 6 jam. Bilaslah bersih-bersih. Gilinglah kacang kedelai atau blender besama air dengan kecepatan tinggi. Peraslah sari susunya dengan menggunakan kain kasa. Tambahkan air ke susu kedelai untuk membuatnya menjadi 8 mangkok cairan. Masaklah susu kedelai dalam panci atau ceret di atas api sedang. Biarkan mendidih dengan mengocok sekali-sekali. Turunkan api dan biarkan panci terbuka.
Dadar Telur Kentang Tinggi Serat
Bahan:
- ½ kg kentang direbus, dikupas, dan dipotong-potong
- 1 mangkok minyak nabati untuk menggoreng
- ½ cabai merah sedang, dipotong-potong
- 1 siung bawang putih, haluskan
- 3 butir telur ayam sedang, dikocok
